The favorite lunch meat of hard-working folks and kids alike, there’s no flavor quite as satisfying as seared bologna. Make it even better with BBQ sauce, Clearfield® American cheese, and crispy potatoes, all served on golden Texas toast.

Texas Toast Bread4 slices

Butter1 tbsp.

Small Red Onion - sliced1

Deli Bologna4 slices

Clearfield® White American Cheese4 slices

BBQ Sauce2 oz.

Fried Shoestring Potatoes1/2 cup
Directions

1.
Place a large skillet over medium high heat for 2 minutes.

Add the butter and sliced onion and cook the onion until they caramelize, stirring often.

Remove the onions and sear the bologna slices 2 minutes per side in the skillet.

4.
Toast the Texas toast bread till golden brown.

5.
Place a slice of Clearfield® White American cheese on each slice of bread.

6.
Stack the bologna slices, red onions, BBQ sauce, crispy fried potatoes. Top with the other slice of toasted bread.
