The ultimate Club Sandwich isn’t just for lunch, it also makes a great family dinner. This one starts with toasted Italian bread and three kinds of meat, as well as the usual fixin’s – and then adds slice after slice of Clearfield® White American to perfect the meal.
Ingredients

Thick-Sliced Bacon, halved8 slices

Italian BreadLarge Loaf

Honey Mustard1/2 cup

Mayonnaise1/2 cup

Deli Ham or Leftover Baked Ham, sliced8 ounces

Deli Turkey, thinly sliced8 ounces

Clearfield® White American Cheese16 slices

Roma Tomatoes, sliced2, cut into 1/4" slices

Iceberg Lettuce, shredded2 cups
Directions

In a large pan, add the bacon and cook for 8 – 10 minutes or until crispy, turning as needed. Transfer to a paper towel lined plate and set aside.

Cut the Italian bread loaf down the middle, making sure not to cut all the way through.

Spread honey mustard on one side of the bread and mayonnaise on the other.

Assemble ingredients onto each sandwich, starting with ham, followed by 8 slices ofClearfield® White American Cheese, tomato slices, shredded lettuce, bacon, shredded lettuce, tomato slices, 8 slices of Clearfield® White American Cheese, and sliced turkey.

Cut into 4 equal-sized sandwiches.
