These baked Italian sliders are packed with layers of delicious Italian deli meats like pepperoni, Genoa salami, ham, and capocollo, topped with gooey Clearfield White American cheese and red onions. Drizzled with Italian salad dressing and brushed with butter and Italian seasoning, they bake to golden perfection for a melty, savory bite. Perfect for parties, gatherings, or a satisfying snack.

Ingredients

  • Dinner rolls, Split in half
    1 Package (12 pc.)
  • Clearfield White American Cheese
    10 Slices
  • Red Onion, Thinly Sliced
    ¼ Cup
  • Pepperoni, Sliced
    4oz
  • Genoa Salami, Sliced
    4oz
  • Ham, Sliced
    4oz
  • Capocollo, Sliced
    4oz
  • Italian Salad Dressing
    ¼ cup
  • Butter, Melted
    ¼ Cup
  • Italian Seasoning
    1 Tsp.

Directions

  1. 1.

    Preheat oven to 350°F.

    Place bottom layer of the dinner rolls on a non-stick sheet pan (or place parchment paper under rolls). Layer sliced meat, red onions, and Clearfield Cheese on the bottom half of the rolls.

    Drizzle the Italian salad dressing all over the top and place remaining half of rolls on top.

  4. 4.

    Brush the tops with the melted butter and sprinkle with Italian seasoning.

    Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted.

    Remove foil and cook for 5 more minutes. Allow to cool slightly. Cut & serve.
