Ingredients

  • Sourdough Bread, Toasted
    4 Slices
  • Clearfield American Cheese
    4 Slices
  • Blue Cheese Dressing
    4 Tbsp
  • Red Onion, Thinly Sliced
    1/4
  • Avocado, Smashed
    ½
  • Green Leaf Lettuce, Shredded
    4 Pieces
  • Ripened Tomatoes, Thinly Sliced
    2 Vine
  • Hard-Boiled Egg, Sliced
    1
  • Rotisserie Chicken, Chopped
    1 Cup
  • Cooked Bacon
    6 Slices
  • Freshly Cracked Pepper

Directions

  1. 1.

    Place toasted bread on a flat surface. Spread two slices with the smashed avocado and sliced hard-boiled egg; set aside.

    On the other two pieces of toast spread two tablespoons of blue cheese dressing and top with red onion, lettuce, tomato, Clearfield American Cheese, chicken and bacon.

    Season with freshly cracked pepper and lay the other two slices (coated with avocado and egg) on top to make a sandwich.

    Cut in half and serve immediately.
