The recipe is inspired by the famous Cubano sandwich, mixing the flavors of pork, ham, and pickles. But we add in bacon, a brioche bun, and the cheese that holds it all together: Clearfield® White American. Savory and tangy and satisfying.

Brioche buns or thick cut Brioche bread4 slices

Road Pulled Pork6 ounces

Applewood Smoked Bacon - crisp6 slices

Smoked Ham - thin sliced4 ounces

Clearfield® White American Cheese4 slices

Refrigerated Dill Pickle Chips4 slices

Honey Mustard Sauce2 ounces

BBQ Potato Chips2 ounces
Directions

1.
Toast the Brioche bread till golden brown.

In a skillet, heat the pulled pork, and ham together until heated through.

Spread both slices of bread with the honey mustard.

Place a slice of Clearfield® White American Cheese on each of the bottom slices of bread.

Layer the pork onto the cheese slices.

Create a layer of pickle chips.

7.
Layer the ham slices on the pickle chips.

8.
Add another slice of Clearfield® White American Cheese.

Add bacon slices.

Finish with the potato chips and top with the other slice of bread.
