You don’t need a plane ticket to enjoy a famous Denver omelet! All you need is a handful of fresh vegetables and ingredients you probably already have in your refrigerator, pulled together with the melty goodness of Clearfield® cheese.

Chopped Green Pepper1/2 cup (4 oz.)

Chopped Yellow Onion1/2 cup (4 oz.)

Fresh Mushrooms - Chopped1/2 cup (4 oz.)

Eggs10

White Milk½ cup

Clearfield® White American Cheese - Shredded2 cups

Fully Cooked Ham - Diced1 cup

Salt and Pepperto taste
Directions

1.
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. While the oven is preheating, chop up your vegetables and ham and place them together in a bowl. Set aside.

In a separate bowl, crack your eggs and pour in the milk. Season with salt and pepper and whisk until completely combined.

In the same bowl as your eggs, add in your ham, vegetables and shredded Clearfield® White American Cheese. Mix until combined.

Pour the mixture into a greased 9×9 baking dish. Bake 25 – 30 minutes or until eggs have set.

Serve with salsa and/or sour cream on the side.
