Make any weeknight extra special with these homemade dumplings. Little bites of delight packed with crispy bacon, burger bliss, and of course Clearfield® White American. It’s easy to pan fry on your stovetop, ready for your dipping pleasure.
Ingredients

Lean Ground Beef – browned and chilled1 lb.

Bacon – chopped and cooked crisp4 oz.

Clearfield® White American Cheese - Shredded½ lb.

Onion – minced2 tbsp.

Dill Pickle Relish¼ cup

Black Pepper1 tsp.

Salt½ tsp.

Sesame Seeds – toasted1 tbsp.

Wonton Wrappers3 dozen

Canola Oil2" in fry pan

Special Sauce
-
Mayonnaise½ cup
-
Ketchup½ cup
-
Yellow Mustard½ cup
-
Garlic Powder1 tsp.

Worcestershire Sauce1 tbsp.

Black Pepper½ tsp.
Directions

Combine the first 8 ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix thoroughly.

Lay out Wonton Wrappers working in batches of four, so they don’t dry out.

Place a tablespoon of the mixture onto the wrapper and brush the edges with water to moisten.

Fold the dumplings into desired shape and repeat until all dumplings are made.

5.
Fry the dumplings at 350 degrees in canola oil for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.

Remove from the fryer and rest a minute prior to serving.

Combine all the ingredients for the special sauce and serve alongside the dumplings for dipping.
