This might be the last burger you ever make, because it’s the one you’ll make over and over again. It combines fresh all-American burger flavors with French twists: a warm brioche bun, tomato jam, and garlic aioli.

Vine Ripened Tomato2 slices

Dill Pickle Chips4 chips

Brioche Bun - toasted1 bun

Tomato Jam

Sundried Tomatoes - Julienne1 oz

Diced Tomatoes in Juice1 can

Garlic - Minced1 clove

Roast Garlic Aioli

Garlic - roasted and pureed1 bulb

Mayonnaise½ cup

Kosher Salt¼ tsp.

Directions

Make Tomato Jam
Combine all the ingredients in a saucepan and cook over medium heat stirring constantly until thickened.

Remove from heat; put into a bowl and let it cool.

Make Roast Garlic Aioli
Combine all the ingredients; stir until smooth.

Burger Prep and Build
Grill burger over medium high heat to desired doneness; add the Clearfield® White American Cheese right before you remove the burger off the grill. Grill a few moments further to melt the cheese. Covering the burger with a grill safe lid will help quicken the melt.

Build the burger with lettuce, tomatoes, jam, pickles, onion, and roast garlic aioli on a toasted bun.
